Privacy policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
jonaAI is a private assistant used only by its owner, Jonathan Geller. This policy explains what Google user data it accesses and how that data is handled.
Data accessed
- Gmail: messages, labels and drafts of the owner's own accounts, to read, classify, label and archive email and to create drafts. jonaAI never sends email; the owner reviews and sends every draft himself.
- Google Calendar: the owner's calendars and events, to read his schedule and to create or update his own events. jonaAI never invites or notifies other people.
How the data is used
The data is used only to provide the assistant's features to the owner himself. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone. To perform a task the owner asks for, the relevant content may be processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) under its commercial terms; it is not used to train generalized AI models.
Storage and security
Access tokens are stored only on the owner's own computers, with file permissions restricted to his user account, and are never published or shared. Working data is kept in systems controlled by the owner.
Limited Use
jonaAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
The owner can revoke jonaAI's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local tokens removes the app's ability to access the account.
